18 th century house with half-timberings, where old and current furniture cohabit pleasantly in a warm atmosphere that can accommodate 4 to 8 people at an extra charge, in two spacious family rooms. You will find a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, blender, electric barbecue, griddle, washing machine etc. A beautiful dining room, a large sunny living room with a very large bay window, sofas, flat screen TV and wood stove for stays in mid-season. Two bedrooms upstairs, one with a bed of 160 and 2 beds of 90, the other attic with 1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90. We also provide you with two baby beds including a cot, changing table, high chair, booster. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Single storey house with garden and private shady terrace where you can enjoy summer evenings at leisure enjoying the silence .... Bicycles are at your disposal for walks in the paths around.
Large garden 6000 square meters, shared pool access with the owners, covered heated from April 15 to October 01, depending on the weather, equipped with sunbeds, garden furniture, relaxation area, all you need to make your pleasant stay.
TGV station 30 minutes, airport Tours north 30 minutes.
A cleaning fee of 40 euros will be charged if the cleaning is not carried out correctly

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay here. The property is situated far away from any source of noise - in the middle of farmland. It is very peaceful. The house is well equipped and well cared for - the pictures do not do it justice. It is a nice mix of modern amenities and rustic fixtures. The pool in the garden is shared with the owners but this was no problem. It’s heated and has a large glass cover which can be moved which is great for children as it keeps the sun off the pool if required. There is also a private terrace area with bbq which is nice. The owners are helpful and unintrusive. We visited with a 3 month old baby and there is a cot, bath etc available. Would recommend.
